• Responsible for the checking-in and checking-out procedures and handling guests' enquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office operation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience can be considered for the position of Guest Services Agent
