This is a generalist position where you will support the Group Human Resources team in providing HR Account services and assist in ad hoc HR projects.

Our client is a renowned listed conglomerate with business across the globe. Their corporate office now seeks an independent, detail-oriented and meticulous HR talent to join their team.

Description

Reporting to the Manager, you will be a hands-on HR practitioner and provide all an all-round HR account and business partnering service to internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include the provision of administrative and HR services to the business in the region with heavy involvement in talent acquisition, talent development , budget & manpower planning, staff data updating as well as other C&B related administration. You will work closely with line managers at a group level and will also have the opportunity to work on APAC regional projects.

Profile

To qualify, you should possess a Degree or professional diploma/qualification in HR management. You should have a minimum of 5-8 years of regional HR experience gained in sizable global firms. With fluency in English and Mandarin, candidates should have practical experience in an all round HR account servicing and business partner role. A high level of numerical sense and experience in managing multiple HR projects and initiatives will be highly sought after whilst strong communication and people skills will be essential.
