My client is an Italian fashion house currently looking for a Senior HR executive to join their Frontline HR team, they offer long term, stable career to the right candidate.

Description

  • Provide full range of frontline recruitment and hiring support of full-time and part-time positions for Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers to provide support to better understand and utilize HR tools, processes and policies
  • Responsible for frontline talent acquisition planning and package review
  • Handle end to end recruitment process from CV scanning to on/off boarding
  • Liaise with business lines, candidates, job posting channels and recruitment agencies
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks when needed

Profile

  • At least 5 year of experience in handling recruitment, exposure in high end retail company
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or above
  • Good command of English and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Proficient in MS office application such as Excel, MS Word
  • Proactive, self-motivated, well-organised and independent
  • Short notice/ Immediately Available candidate are desired
