The Job

  • Client: A Listed Logistics / Express Conglomerate
  • Position: Senior HR Manager
  • Responsibilities:
    • Drive a full spectrum of HR functions and activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and employee relationship
    • Provide strategic advice to the Business Unit Heads for HR matters and act as a business partner to achieve short and long-term objectives
    • Steer and drive annual C&B projects such as manpower cost budget, annual review & performance management
    • Formulate and implement human resources programs, policies & procedures that are in compliance with all employment related ordinances
    • Prepare regular reporting to analyze headcount need and cost effectiveness
  • $45-60K, 5 day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
  • At least 9 years all round HR experience with 4 years at managerial level gained in sizable organizations
  • Strong in C&B and excellent in planning, data and costing analysis
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislations
  • Strong in leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive & able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
  • Good command of spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good computer skill in Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
