Experience must in manufacturing environment of not less than 1,500 labors.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop the HR strategy, annual plan and budget
  • Formulate objectives, policies and plans for HRD and corporate culture development based on vision, mission and strategic goals of the company.
  • Establish the workforce plan and develop/review workforce plan forecast.
  • Review the organizational structure of the company to ensure it is efficient, effective
  • Establishing and building standards system in evaluation completed work, assessment
  • Review and update the salary scale system and monitoring the reward system, benefits
  • Provide support for the identification and assessment of technical, core and leadership competency standards
  • Deploy the action plan for employee engagement program
  • Re-solve questions, conflicts, disputes, complaints and grievances related to human resources, addressing modes related to labour accidents and occupational diseases and the management of the labour contract, the procedures of social insurance, health insurance, occupational accidents, human being.
  • Ensure job description, job titles are updated
  • Public relations related to Human Resources.
  • Controlling the cost of Administration services.
  • Analysis of results of operations, goals performance, identify the adverse trends & raising opportunities, improvement, prevention.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder major in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in Labour Intensive Manufacturing Environment
  • With in-depth experience in setting up Employee Engagement system
  • Must be energentic, stable, positive, proactive, and willing to contribute
  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English and good spoken in Putonghua is a must
  • Good in Microsoft Office and presentation skill
