A reputable luxury retail company with an international presence is now seeking for a seasoned individual as Senior HR Manager with strong business partnering and communication skills to lead the team.

About the Role

  • Report to HR Director and lead a small team
  • Act as a strong business partner to designated business unit, implementing and localizing group HR strategies, workforce planning, budgeting, talent development, performance management, compensation, benefits, inclusion & diversity
  • Recruit, develop and retain top talents for local markets
  • Leverage HR policies, programs, and practices to create and maintain a positive, high-performing workplace and operation excellence
  • Ensure all compensation & benefits related initiatives are competitive and equitable
  • Manage projects, programs, and practices that engage, inspire, and recognize workforce performance
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and other statutory requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience as an all-rounded HR professional gained preferably from the Retail sector and or fast-moving environment
  • Effective HR advisory knowledge and ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, fast pace with good work ethics
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
