Our client is a world’s leading brand which specializes in ready-to-wear. This is an international brand that owns exclusive products. Present all around the world with more than 30 boutiques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employer branding and employee relations
  • Integrates ideas, provides innovative solutions and develops best practices consistent with the company to ensure optimal support of the functions and the business
  • Work closely with the Management and act as a business partner to achieve short and long-term objectives
  • Lead process of succession planning and take charge of training program that aim at enhancing staff competency
  • Provide advisory services to employees and line managers on staff relations and resolve staff issues
  • Prepare & review HR reports, analysis and budget
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years relevant HR experience (experience in luxury international fashion brand is highly preferred)
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a team with effective communication, interpersonal and marketing skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business
