Senior HR Officer for an international Financial Service company to help implement new HR system and policies

Your new company
You are partnering with an international investment company that going through some exciting expansion. They are looking for Senior HR Officer to join their dynamic team.


Your new role
You will directly report to the Head of HR. Your main responsibility will be:

  • Responsible for implementing the new HR system
  • Responsible for review, formulation and implementation of group HR policies & procedures
  • Support top management in post M&A integration
  • Handle various staff enquiries and provide professional HR solution.



What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, good command of Japanese will be an advantage;
  • 2 years or above working experience in Human Resources management, well versed in HK Labour Law; and
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, well-organised, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
