About the Role
  • Perform full spectrum of C&B function including payroll, benefits/MPF administration, and taxation in a timely manner with high level of accuracy.
  • Responsible for HRIS implementation and e-Performance Management System Project
  • Assist in annual assignments including salary review, performance bonus exercise, incentive scheme, staff cost budget projection and salary benchmarking exercise, etc
  • Participate in formulating and implementation of various C&B policies and initiatives
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of C&B projects

About the Person
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences
  • Solid experience in payroll administration, C&B
  • Hands-on experience with HRPlus or Oracle is preferred
  • Proactive, result focus with strong analytical skills
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese , English and Putonghua
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
