Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to monthly payroll calculation, local social contributions, tax filing, benefits enrollment and termination, and leave administrations
  • Routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all personal records (e.g. position, salary, commission, incentive, probation & appraisal outcomes, leave records etc.) are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, tools and employee relations/engagement strategies
  • Support talent acquisition, performance and talent management
  • Prepare all kinds of certifications for employees including but not limited to employment certification, probation letter, income certification, and reference letter
  • Responsible for HR-related projects such as employee handbook, staff purchase policy, travel policy, staff referral program etc.
  • Participate in new retail business HR procedure and control set up
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when required

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years solid C&B experience in MNC or large corporation. Retail experience are highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge in salary and benefits administration, C&B practices
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and relevant legislation and regulations. Knowing Macau’s labor law would be a plus
  • Strong organizational and coordinating skills to handle multiple assignments and projects
  • Excel in advance level will be an advantage
  • Attentive to details with the ability to work under pressure
  • Mature, proactive and independent and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
