A few of our clients are MNC. They are looking for (Senior) HR Officer / Manager (Payroll / C&B; Recruitment)

 

 

For (Senior) HR Officer/Manager (C&B), duties include the following:

  • Drive HR projects and initiatives including but not limited to annual salary benchmarking, salary and bonus review, rewards review
  • Work closely with the team in providing support for Rewards projects delivery
  • Prepare annual budget and forecast report for the company
  • Review, establish and implement various C&B policies and procedures as well as streamline the daily operation for operational excellence
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits areas
  • Result-driven, smart, fast-paced, analytic, detail-minded with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered Senior HR Officer (C&B)/ Manager
  • Immediate available will be an advantage

 

 

For (Senior) HR Officer/Manager (Recruitment), duties include the following:

  • Execute end to end recruitment process
  • Provide all-rounded recruitment support to HR Manager
  • Handle full cycle recruitment process from drafting job description, screening resumes, conducting interviews to preparing offer letters and contract
  • Review and evaluate recruitment channels to ensure smooth and effective hiring process
  • Responsible for staff’s life cycle movement from recruitment, promotion, resignation to termination
  • Assist in recruitment related administration tasks

Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration related disciplines
  • Relevant experience in recruitment is preferred
  • Fast-paced, flexible, proactive and able to work under multi-task
  • Experienced in project management
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered (Senior) HR Officer (Recruitment) / Manager
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
