A few of our clients are looking for (Senior) HR - Training Officer / Manager (L&D, Talent Management)

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the L&D team, duties include maintaining training records, preparing training evaluations, and training coordination
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of different training programs and support post-training follow up actions
  • Prepare training materials, reports and conduct data analyses
  • Participate in and conduct short orientation training
  • Arrange and coordinate training and events for internal as well as external parties to ensure the process is smooth and well-organized
  • Prepare and manage the collection of training feedback
  • Maintain updated library of training resources

 

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or admin, learning and development is preferred
  • Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and detailed-minded
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered Senior L&D Officer / L&D Manager
  • Candidate should be personable and comfortable with communicating and coordinating with multiple regional parties of various levels
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
