Responsibilities: 

  • Handle process which includes sourcing, interviewing arrangement, liaison with candidates, and supporting HR Business Partners on new hires contract signing and on-boarding.
  • Execute recruitment projects such as job fairs and recruitment day as assigned by HR Business Partners.
  • Responsible for preparing the recruitment reports and perform market research on labours trend as assigned.
  • Work closely with HR frontline recruitment Business Partners and site offices to continuously monitor the vacancies and hiring needs and to provide support as required.
  • Assist in all others ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

 Job requirements:

  • High Diploma or above, preferably in human resources & administration management or business related disciplines.
  • At least 2 - 4 years of HR experience in recruitment role.
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other statutory legal requirements.
  • Experience to handle the recruitment process.
  • Process good problem-solving skills and execution abilities, demonstrate good discipline.
  • A good team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing & other PC applications.
  • Good command of speak & written in English & Chinese.
  • Highly objectives and results focus.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Temporary Human Resource Officer.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
