Job Description:

 

  • The candidate will mainly beresponsible on Global payroll operations for specific countries, dealing with internal business partner and external vendors.
  • Assist the Team on daily operations and projects including shared service, benefits and wellness program.
  • Deliver payroll / C&B reports and analysis
  • Other ad-hoc project will be assigned.

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder with at least 2years’ experience in human resources management and solid experience in C&B. 
  • Experience in Payroll calculation & processing is a definite advantage.
  • Strong numerical sense and good experience in handling various census and surveys.
  • Good organizing, meticulous and strong analytical skills.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and results-driven team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can work along well with all levels of staff.
  • Proficiency in software tools and applications for data analysis.  Conversant with PowerPoint and Excel’s VLOOKUP and Pivot table are essential.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Position appointed will be commensurable with the candidate’s level of experience.
