Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions;
  • Responsible for different employee engagement programs to enhance staff retention and overall company morale;
  • Transform business requirements into human resource schemes, effectively understand and analyze business, support business development;
  • Push the implementation of training, create courses, give lectures;
  • Resolve complicated labor disputes, familiar with relevant labor regulations;
  • Lead and execute in various HR matters on ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines;
  • Certificate of Human Resources Professional or psychological consultant or other related certificates is preferred;
  • Experience in real estate exploitation or construction industry is preferred
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in human resources;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin);
  • Willing to work in overseas region, including but not limited to USA, UK, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and India;
  • Working location will be chosen upon candidate’s preference;
  • Those candidates with less experience will be considered for Human Resources Manager.
