Reporting to the Executive Director, we are looking for a strong team player, independently responsible for a one-stop HR operation in Hong Kong Head Office and also assisting management to oversee the HR operation in the PRC.



  • Provide advice on, and execute the full cycle of the recruitment process in Hong Kong Head Office through effective recruitment channels
  • Establish partnerships with Directors and Managers, providing counsel and professional advice on HR-related matters
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll calculations, MPF administration, income tax reporting, leave administration, HR-related insurance renewal and more
  • Facilitate communication between Hong Kong Head Office and PRC operations, ensuring that the policies/instructions deployed by Hong Kong Head Office are well implemented in the PRC
  • Continuously and proactively optimise HR processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness
  • Execute on ad hoc projects assigned by senior management



  • University/tertiary education degree holder in Human resources, Business or related discipline
  • 5-6 years’ HR generalist experience, exposure to PRC companies is an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in computer Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in proactively communicating with different levels of staff and senior management
  • Meticulous, careful and patient in dealing with documents and people
  • Immediately available is preferred
