We are currently looking for a HR generalist to handle full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, manpower budgeting and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for C&B functions including payroll processing, MPF, taxation and benefits administration

Assist in entire hiring recruitment process from attraction to selection and placement as well as on-board formalities

Maintain and update staff data records at HRIS system and the central filing system

Prepare and analyze statistical reports, updates of org charts, and HR reports as required

Provide value-added HR support to the business units, employees and related stakeholders

Any other HR related projects as assigned

Requirements:

University graduate with 5 years’ HR generalist experience in multinational companies

Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Hong Kong Taxation, MPF regulations and other related legislations

Detail-minded, well organized and with strong sense of responsibilities

Proactive, customer oriented, approachable and a good team player

Effective interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.

Strong analytical skills with good computer skills in MS Word and Excel

Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
