Job Duties:

  • Assist in all Human Resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations
  • Provide full spectrum of recruitment process from selection to new join staff check-in procedures
  • Monitor departmental budget headcount to ensure sufficient manpower are recruited and maintain accuracy of hotel's turnover and headcount reports
  • Handle departmental staff movements and staff related cases
  • Take initiative to lead and coordinate staff activities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to industrial trainee on daily operations and ad. hoc projects
  • Conduct monthly Orientation for new join staff to provide information on hotel's policies and procedures, and wide spectrum of staff related information

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the general Human Resources and Office Administration functions preferably in an international hotel chain or hospitality industry
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Well versed with Employment Ordinance and HR functions including selection & recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR / Administrative policies & procedures
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, pleasant, energetic, extremely organized, and eye to detail
  • Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
