In order to cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for high caliber person to join our team as Senior Human Resources Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, development and employee relations etc
  • Delivering efficiency services and providing support to the company and staff
  • Formulate, review and implement HR policies and procedures to sustain the growth of the company
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment process, preparing and placing ads, managing recruitment agencies, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews
  • Responsible for ad-hoc projects assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • 2 year or above relevant HR experience
  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Flexible and enjoy working in a new set up environment
  • Experience in China / Taiwan recruitment is highly preferrable 
  • Well versed in Hong Kong labour law and MPF legislation
  • Confident and work independent
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
