My client is a well established MNC with branches in Hong Kong/ China/ and Singapore, looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer, ( Compensation & Benefits Team), responsible for payroll and benefits administration.

30-35K HKD per month+ discretionary bonus

What you do:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, leave administrations, pension contributions, tax filing, medical insurance administration and other C&B-related matters
  • Manage and maintain HRIS to ensure data accuracy;
  • Review and update all HR policies and procedures;
  • Handle staff enquiries and other HR ad-hoc duties in compliance with the Company’s policies, legislation and HR related matters.

What you need:

  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Human Resources field;
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline;
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
  • Good computer knowledge including the use of MS Office Applications including Excel and Chinese word processing;
