We are a joint venture company between Rolls-Royce plc and Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd. (HAECO), a member of the Swire Group to provide aero-engine repair and overhaul services.

We are looking for high calibre candidates to join us as
Senior Human Resources Officer (Ref No. : SHRO320619-B)

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business functions to provide a wide range of human resources services, with special focus in Talent Management, Learning & Development Program, staff newsletter and engagement programs
  • Monitor the progress of Trainee Programs & organize placement with partners
  • Facilitate implementation of employee relations strategies & initiatives to support delivery of short and long term business goals
  • Support Human Resources Manager to enhance organization effectiveness through development and implementation of polices and strategies
  • Provide professional advice to line managers on staff enquiries and issues
  • Prepare the Management Reports and support audit projects
  • Assist to lead and deliver special projects and participate in ad hoc committees
  • Build and develop capability of HR team and upskill their professional capability

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with preference in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of solid and hands-on human resources / learning development or relevant working experience
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance
  • Good analytical & organizing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
  • A team player with self-initiative, pleasant, responsible and detail-minded
