Senior Information Technology Officer – Corporate Office

Headquartered in Hong Kong, Wharf Hotels is the hotel management company for Niccolo and Marco Polo Hotels. The expanding hotel group is seeking an Senior Information Technology Officer with hospitality experience for the corporate office in Hong Kong. Assisting the Group Director Information Technology, the associate will be responsible for providing support service for the group’s systems including but not limited to:

  • Support Office 365 email system, SharePoint
  • Provide support to corporate office staff on related I.T. issues
  • Maintain computer hardware and software inventories
  • Work closely with system vendor to manage IT related issues and system enhancement
  • Perform various IT projects including computer equipment installation and relocation, implementation of office network, system backup, maintaining network security, roll out new systems, etc.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Your Skills:

  • Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working in the IT field
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time-keeping skills
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Willing to travel if necessary
  • Previous experience in working with outsourcing vendor will be of added advantage
  • Experience with Office 365 is an advantage
  • Written and spoken English and Mandarin. Cantonese an advantage
