Candidate with less experience will be considered as Legal Manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review agreements, contracts, internal policies and other related legal documents
  • Provide legal advice and comments to business parties for their projects and agreements
  • Review, update and maintain company’s policies, procedures and practices to ensure the company is compliant
  • Identify new regulatory changes and drive to implement relevant compliance requirements
  • Negotiate and manage different commercial matters
  • Detect legal risks
  • Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer
  • Law firm and commercial experiences
  • Knowledge in cross-border M&A transactions is an advantage
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Listing and compliance rules
