  • We are known as a heat-resistant materials specialist in the cement, steel, lime and other industries for the Asia Pacific region
  • HK office : Regional headquarters of Asia Pacific
  • Factories : 4 X China (Dalian & Shangdong)
  • Main market : Asia Pacific
  • We are looking for SENIOR LOGISTICS & CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – with details as follows :
  • Degree holder, preferably in International Logistics Management or related discipline;
  • Fluent in English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • At least 3-5 years in area of logistics, handling of import/export documents (letter of credits)
  • Knowledge of logistics systems, understanding of transportation limitations and regulations, planning skills, understanding of transportation issues;
  • Experience with SAP based order processing systems and/or CRM systems;
  • Experience of logistics / CRM from China factories to customers in Asia Pacific region is highly prefer
  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data;
  • Proficiency in use of MS Office package;
  • First year work in Hong Kong office; starting second year work in either Dalian or Shandong factory
  • Prepare full set of offer / order / shipping documents for orders coming from sales department;
  • Organize transportation activities, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery;
  • Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways, handle daily enquires from customers;
  • Active participation in projects such as warehousing, supporting new business fields, stock management, use of CRM system;
  • Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low;
  • Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes;
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
  • Report to the German Head of Logistics Asia Pacific
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary
  • Annual leave : 24 days
