Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and execution of loyalty campaigns and events
  • Arrange logistics for the platform and programs
  • Explore joint promotion opportunities with business partners to increase member base and achieve KPIs
  • Manage the implementation of loyalty system and membership database including preparation of user requirement documentation, managing development deliverable and monitoring status
  • Perform system administration to manage the operation of loyalty programs and campaigns
  • Provide loyalty program implementation support including member acquisition, workflow management, response tracking and offer fulfillment
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by General Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Statistics
  • 3 years of working experience in loyalty program / membership program / reward program
  • Demonstrated experience in campaign management, customer relationship management or project management
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Photoshop is an advantage
  • Understanding of digital marketing, mobile & social media
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Loyalty Program Executive
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
