To strategize and deliver sales and marketing activities in Bancassurance channel to drive and achieve the business goals

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and evaluate the sale and marketing activities, including ATL / BTL marketing campaigns and customer promotion and events to drive business growth for all channels and segments of the bancassurance partners
  • Design, launch and evaluate sales incentives for sales force in different channels and levels  to keep up sales momentum and achieve designated KPIs
  • Plan and deliver customer and sales events for Bancassurance channel end to end including event design and planning, vendor selection and management, event management and evaluation
  • Develop and executive annual business plan with partner to achieve PHKL business goals and partnership agreement goals
  • Manage, Control and monitor the 5% Marketing Allowance jointly owned by SCB and PRU and the internal budget for Partnership Development Team
  • Ensure ongoing development of subordinates through strong leadership, continuous coaching, demonstration and other developmental activities

Qualifications and Experience:

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in insurance or banking industry with at least 5 years at supervisory level
  • Experience in marketing and promotion in bank or insurance companies
  • Experience in partnership management is preferred

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Good project and people management skills
  • Team player, passionate and independent in driving and handling counterparts
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with strong drive for result
  • Efficient MS application and Chinese input
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
