Job Role:


  • To plan, lead and control the Commercial insurance business from designated key proudcers
  • To ensure that revenue and growth objectives are achieved.
  • To develop and drive the business activities in accordance with company strategy and plans. To ensure that the objectives of business growth and profitability are achieved.
  • To monitors and supports the sales activities at these business sources to achieve the set production targets.
  • With the underwriting authority assigned to the job holder, she can underwrite and close most of the business cases effectively and efficiently.
  • To provides field coaching to business partners and for teammates in order to enhance their selling skills. He/She should organize products training and other skills to the business partners when needed.
  • To maintain close contacts with Life Business unit by regular visits, attending their meetings and deliver quality services
  • To deliver timely new and renewal business quotations and quality services to the business partners

  • Job Requirement:

    • University Graduate with professional qualifications in ANZII or ACII
    • Possess over 20 years relevant working experience in GI - Commercial Lines products
    • Able to work in fast paced environment independently, strong sense of responsibility, detailed minded, sound judgement, good analytical and problem solving skills
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken English and Chinese)
    • Self Initiative and able to work under pressure
    • Well versed in Microsoft Office including use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
