The Job:

  • Design and deliver cost effective compensation and benefits programs to support business objectives for the organization.
  • Implement and administer variable compensation, salary and benefits administration guidelines to ensure consistency in application.
  • Monitor the job evaluation process and liaise with consultants on the proposed job grades.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits survey to assure the organization’s pay and benefits are competitive with the target market.
  • Manage the continuous development and enhancement of the Human Resources Management System and supervise the payroll process.

 

The Person:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years’ of relevant experience in human resources management, at least 5 years of which should be at managerial positions.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese and strong in data management and figures.
  • High attention to details, analytical and problem solving skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well versed with Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
