Client Details

Our client is a leading trust firm providing professional services for MPF, pension and investment funds. They are a one-stop solution providing investment and retirement planning and investor education services. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Experience to join their team.

 

Description

Report to the senior management of the company, the Senior Manager of Customer Experience would be the leader in modifying the internal process to enhance customer experience. To do that, you would define the strategies in operational efficiency and handle customer feedback. This role will also be responsible for conducting service quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Profile

The successful candidate should have more than 10 years' experience in customer service/ experience, preferably in the financial industry. You must have an excellent track record in defining the internal process for better customer experience in an organisation. Since this role is a leadership position, the successful candidate should have experience in managing a small team. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential for this position.
