Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential projects in the property market, to carry out market research and to handle land and property related matters
  • Conduct feasibility studies, real estate valuation and property appraisal
  • Formulation of development and investment strategy, preparation of study reports for management use
  • Responsible for research studies and report
  • Handle and review land or property related matters for portfolio properties and for other business units
  • Responsible for any other duties that assigned by the superior from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Surveying or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in real estate development field including investment property and site appraisal, handling of land and property related matters etc.  
  • Possession of Professional Membership of HKIS is preferred
  • Highly accountable and dedication with strong sense of leadership, interpersonal and management skills
  • Good analytical and presentation skill
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS applications
