  • Develop & implement e-commerce, CRM & digital marketing strategy and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Drive mobile commerce growth and accelerate customers digital adoption
  • Design CRM & loyalty program strategies to drive customer engagement and optimize conversion in various e-commerce business channels
  • Acquire insights in digital business & marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage digital content updates with cross-functions in various channels to facilitate the e-commerce operation
  • Plan and optimize the operations at restaurants for mobile commerce and new retail initiatives execution
  • Work closely with cross functions, advertising/media agencies and external parties in execution of e-commerce, CRM & marketing programs
  • Work with Global teams on the desired solutions or alternatives to fulfill the requirements
  • Track the effectiveness of application implementation through collecting end user feedback
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively to achieve the strategic outcomes of the programs and overall transformation within the organization skills & experiences required.





  • 8 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experiences, preferable with in F&B/Retail/FMCG industry
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Excellent commercial & technical understanding across e-commerce, CRM & digital marketing
  • Strong communication and people skills to articulate ideas and drive changes at different levels of a matrix organization
  • Entrepreneurial, creative with strong analytical, problem-solving & presentation skills
  • Organized and responsible on own work plan and deliverables
  • Curiosity and ability to spot next digital trends and how it can be relevant for our business
  • Good analytical abilities, technical writing skills and time management
  • Hands on experience in business process analysis
  • Self-motivated with detail minded
  • Demonstrate good English and Chinese writing skills with good presentation skills
  • Exposure to business application systems (e.g E-commerce, M-commerce, Mobile applications, ePOS, CRM, Digital technology) is preferred
