Job Responsibilities:

  • Own, develop, plan and implement overall communication strategy by consulting with management and through understanding the primary needs of the employees, ensure all communication executed by the Company is aligned with the Company’s vision, mission and value.
  • Develop an engaging and meaningful communication plans, for projects including but not limited to monthly townhall meeting, employee newsletter, diversity programs, wellness programs, employment branding, employee engagement program & program on company value reinforcement for the purpose of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace to attract, develop and retain talent.
  • Plan the direction of internal publications (in written or multi-media) by setting overall goals, philosophies and tone to ensure excellence in employee communication.
  • Own & run the Company internal communication tools, including but not limited to the Company intranet and monthly newsletter
  • Assist with building the employee first experience align with the broader company strategy and connect to business priorities.
  • Write, edit and produce employee communications materials (e.g., email, intranet stories, FAQs and talking points, videos, presentations …)
  • Benchmark best practices for communications.

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in communications, marketing, human resources or related field.
  • Corporate and high-tech experience preferred.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills; excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both individually and as a team player, and also interact well with peers, leadership and business partners.
  • Must be highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized with the ability to partner in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce effective communications deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Native English & fluent in Cantonese preferred.
