Job Description:

  • To be a team member of Fintech Development & Business Innovation Department
  • To support Section Head to implement business innovation and Fintech strategies
  • To drive through project or initiative level on the adaptation of Fintech/ technologies on business innovation
  • To collaborate with various functions and departments or external business partner to drive digital service development, implementation, and business result delivery
  • To manage and coach members in achieving business objective in the Section
  • To comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
  • At least 12 years working experience of which 5 years in managerial level from recognized establishments in financial services and/or Fintech related industries
  • Solid experience in driving implementation of innovation or new business model
  • Having track record in implementing new product, service or operating model from concept inception throughout the implementation cycle
  • Knowledgeable in business and operation models of Banking/FI, with good level of understanding on the local regulatory environment
  • Sound understanding on latest market and technology trend and having track record in commercializing and operationalizing innovative business and operating models
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Agile Project Management and appreciation of UX development process Mature, independent, able to deliver quality results under tight schedule
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese.
