Our client is growing FMCG business with offices across the globe, they have a well-established team with excellent development opportunity for individuals. They are currently looking for an experienced HR professional from FMCG, or manufacturing related industry, familiar working with regional office, senior stakeholders, and executives, to be their HR Business Partner for implementing HR strategies and driving Organizational Development initiatives.

Description

  • Act as key Business Partner to roll out organization development programs, including change management, automation, process streamlining projects
  • Work closely with business heads to understand various business needs and provide relevant strategies and improvement plans
  • Initiate and drive people development strategy for nurturing of talents, employee engagement, developing a strong leadership team in support of company strategy and priorities
  • Be the strategic partner with senior management and provide consultative advice for business growth from organizational development perspectives
  • Enhance corporate value and culture change to ensure the vision and mission statements are delivered effectively across all levels of employees
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as required

Profile

  • Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid HR experience with a focus on Business Partnering and Organizational Development from FMCG related industries, familiar with a matrixed environment
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
