Senior Manager, Learning and Talent job for a world class organisation to run all their initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a prestigious organisation and they are the market leader in their industry. Due to the business transformation, they are looking for a Senior Manager, Learning and Talent Development to join their dynamic and energetic team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of Human Resources. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Playing an integral role in delivering the HR Learning and Talent Development initiatives
  • Providing analytical and research support on key talent projects and HR metrics
  • Leading and implementing initiatives including succession planning, talent review, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, recognition programme and so on
  • Provide direction and support on HR projects and link projects and learning programmes across business units
  • Leading analysis, research and documentation on HR metrics, annual cycle processes and general demographic data
  • Cultivating relationship with key stakeholders and prepare summary presentations.


What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in Learning and Talent with emphasis on reporting and strategy development, project management and execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders as well as challenge in a constructive manner
  • Ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions with solid consulting skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced matrix environment with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with strong Microsoft office skills (i.e. MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
  • Strong communication skills including presentation
