The Job

  • Plan and implement building maintenance and improvement programmes for rental estates and managed properties.
  • Carry out regular building condition survey to properties and report on the conditions/state of repairs.
  • Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings specifications and tender document for maintenance and improvement works.
  • Provide design input to new development so as to minimize future maintenance costs and breakdown; and takeover of new buildings that assigned.
  • Devise working manuals and ensure their compliance with Corporate Policies.
  • Administer and manage the approved lists of contractors/ consultants.

The Person

  • Member of professional bodies in Architecture or Building Surveying or equivalent, with minimum 10 years experience, 5 of which must be post-qualification experience.
  • Sound Knowledge in Buildings Ordinance and professional maintenance practices.
  • Familiar with the requirements of Quality / Environmental / Safety Management Systems.
