Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the segment owner for channel initiatives across digital and manned touchpoints
  • Develop, formulate and implement channel strategy to drive better customer experience and optimization of sales force
  • Manage customer portfolio reshuffling, quantify sales resources , recommend training needs to improve sales & services quality delivery to customers
  • Drive the development and implementation of frontline sales tools, customer online applications
  • Establish and monitor services standard, develop and improve customer journey under key processes, such as account opening & KYC process etc
  • Engage key stakeholders from Risk, Operation, IT , touchpoint owners and obtain management buy-in to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Promote and monitor the use of digital channels
  • Keep abreast of latest business and technology trends, customer voices from various channels


Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 15 years' working experience in sales management and channel management in financial industry
  • Familiar with financial products , operations & service enhancement,
  • Exposure in commercial banking business and product is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication presentation and influencing with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong leadership, management and coaching skills
  • Proven problem solving skills and strategic thinking ability to drive changes
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as Manager
