Senior Manager/ Manager (Data Management & Analytics)

Senior Manager/ Manager (Data Management & Analytics) in the Development and Alumni Affairs Office (DAAO) (Ref.: 516203) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal).

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business, preferably in Data Science, Qualitative Analysis, Statistics or related disciplines.  At least 5 years’ hand-on experience in CRM system implementation, data mining and analysis, constituent segmentation and statistical modeling is required.  They should have strong business acumen, be a good team player with innovative thinking, good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.  Having knowledge in programming, analytical tools and data visualization, e.g. Tableau, SQL, Power BI, and MS Access will be a plus.  A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.

The appointee will implement the digital CRM strategies, formulate and design CRM programmes with alignment to needs, develop data management framework, define digital analytics tracking requirements and establish data quality standard; maintain close communication with fundraising and alumni teams to drive the roadmap of CRM platform, system enhancement, and to generate regular dashboards for metrics reporting to articulate strategy and performance, and to review programme effectiveness and present analytic solutions.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 15% of basic salary for Senior Manager and 10% of basic salary for Manager.
