Job Description 

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HRBP is the go-to strategic business partner to provide effective HR consulting and operation services to businesses in the achievement of business strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively provide professional HR advice and support on HR issues, policies, systems and projects. Offer solutions to day-to-day HR operational issues and ensure compliance with Company policies;
  • Manage staff resourcing needs through internal mobility, external recruitment and talent acquisition;
  • Recommend learning and development solutions to cope with business growth & strategies. Assist in training needs analysis, design and implement of local & regional training programs;
  • Deploy retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, mobility and retention;
  • Manage the manpower resources and executive manpower plans in alignment with current and future business needs;
  • Support to plan, develop and execute both local & regional HR initiatives & project in HK
  • Monitor performance management process to enhance employee productivity and development;
  • Manage and provide HR advice in the annual salary review and profit share exercise

Requirements

  • Degree holder or professional qualification in human resources or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR generalist experience in professional services firms or multinational corporations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HK employment ordinance and HR regulation
  • China exposure and familiar with local operations an advantage
  • Excellent service mindset and genuine interest in championing people initiatives
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong business relationship and engagement
