Job Description:

  • Lead a team of 2-5 people (depends on the volume of the business) to cover settlement, corporate actions and reporting to clients
  • Establish the processing and control procedures for the team
  • Supervise the team for delivery of professional services to clients


  • University degree or above
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in the custody industry, of which minimum 5 years in supervising a team of members
  • Familiar with global custodian practices, including but not limited to settlement, corporate actions, etc.
  • Willing to work in a startup environment and able to work independently
  • Fluent in Putonghua, English and Cantonese
