Department: Project Appraisal Department


Responsibilities

  • To support the Project Appraisal Department to achieve the key performance indicator to the bank.
  • To responsible for evaluating works on professional loans and projects and carry out due diligence on corporate finance projects.
  • To support the implementation on loan contract terms and conditions as well as provide policy support and guidance for project development, appraisal review, contract negotiation and credit management.
  • To responsible for the research on the differentiation of ways and modes on the development process on assessment.
  • To compile, organize and implement the project appraisal plan.
  • To prepare, issuance and manage the letter of loan intent on the tracks loan projects and support the headquarter as well as the branch for the preparation on the related documentation to get approval.
  • To keep abreast of the daily communication with clients to maintain favorable client relationships.


Requirements

  • University degree or above in Finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years or above experience in sizable financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of mainland China financing market and research job experience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Putonghua and English.
