Our client is a highly reputable and sizable organization in Hong Kong. They are now looking for aSenior Manager, Regional Quality to join their dynamic team.


As a Senior Manager, Regional Quality, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining the market strategy adapting the CS regional policy and the service management to local specificities
  • Managing service delivery to promote continuous improvement of productivity and service quality
  • Establishing quality management systems, providing advice and information to Regional Leaders on quality management
  • Providing support to Operation Staff to identify training needs and developmental opportunities, designs and delivering Quality training programs
  • Promoting and assuring licensees’ service standards through close monitoring and analyzing performances


You have to satisfy the following criteria to qualify for the role:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or any other related disciplines
  • 10+ years of experience in Quality League Management in sizable organizations is a must
  • Regional experience in Quality Management and Quality Training across Asia Pacific
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Leadership, responsible, committed, excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and proactively under pressure and tight schedules
