The Job

  • Formulate and recommend the marketing strategy by keeping abreast of the relevant regulations, governmental and market practices as appropriate.
  • Implement the overall sales and marketing plan for Housing Society’s housing projects according to the sales programme.
  • Liaise with relevant government departments, Housing Authority and internal divisions to ensure a smooth launch of the housing scheme.
  • Liaise and coordinate with consultants, internal divisions for sales operation as well as monitor the sales progress and overall sales arrangement.
  • Recommend and implement the flats handover standard and guidelines as well as monitor the overall progress of handover operation.
  • Seek legal advice and take appropriate steps to facilitate the complaint case processing.
  • Recommend manpower plan for sales / handover operations, implement staff recruitment and training and prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets.

 

The Person

  • Professional Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division) / the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practice Division) with minimum 8-years’ post qualification experience OR Degree holder with minimum 12-years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, dedicated to work, good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
