Key Purpose of the Job:

 

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing a comprehensive total rewards strategy for the organization, as well as managing the compensation and job architecture programs. This role will ensure that the organization remains competitive in the marketplace and helps to attract and retain top talent.

 

Principal Accountabilities: 

  • Lead the regular market survey participation and assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to create market competitive compensation programs
  • Be a subject expertise to advise HR Business Partners, TA team and their respective business leaders in compensation design, balancing business needs with local regulations, internal equity and VF’s overall compensation philosophy and framework
  • Be the lead in different HR regional/global projects to support the HR initiatives and business objectives
  • Partner with HR community in the annual salary / bonus review cycle and budget planning; share recommendation in different cases and provide in depth analysis to senior management when making decisions
  • Review, analyze and develop action plans, leveraging data from employee survey feedback or HR community on compensation and benefits
  • Support the annual benefits renewal and open global enrollment cycles including market analysis, plan design, cost modeling, communication and system configuration
  • Administer current company / internal labor regulations of different markets; fulfills compliance requirements of different markets
  • Partners with People Services to administer benefits plans and policies to ensure an exceptional experience to our employees

Required Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • University degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and understand basic Marco
  • Solid experience in HRIS system like Workday (HR user level in term of process and reporting)
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
