The holder of this post will work closely with global/regional/local team, as well as external stakeholders and partners to support the M&C team’s event management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute a diverse range of events to the highest standard through organisation skills, innovation and creativity
  • Manage full logistics of events and coordinate with internal and external parties in a professional manner
  • Event production, management and execution, including venue, agency and supplier sourcing and management
  • Prepare and manage each event plan and budget
  • Prepare reports and evaluate the effectiveness of the events
  • Assist in ad-hoc Marketing and Communications projects

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies or related discipline
  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in event management
  • Experience in construction / engineering industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, ability to lead projects and interact with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to handle simultaneous activities with multiple deadlines
  • Creative, proactive and strong in strategic thinking
  • Attentive to detail and quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin
  • Able to travel occasionally
