Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategies and plans for Hong Kong Disneyland’s Annual Pass program to retain our existing members and further increase their visit frequency and spending.
  • Identify, develop and implement acquisition program to recruit new member to join our program.
  • Partner with internal and external parties to translate strategies into customized marketing communications and initiatives.
  • Ensure effective use of various channels, including Digital Communication, Portal, In-park display and Mobile through targeted messages to maximize the program effectiveness.
  • Oversee implementation to ensure execution excellence and speed to market. Measure, evaluate & review learning for continuous improvement.
  • Mange the total program budget and meet the effectiveness and ROI criteria.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years’ experience, candidates with both client and agency experience in membership program, communications or creative production would be advantageous
  • Strong in project management, collaboration, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Be energetic, intelligent with passion
  • Being organized, attention-to-details and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to establish a rapport with all levels in different line-of-businesses
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
