Responsibilities:

  • Support and contribute to brand portfolio growth and lead generation through CRM solutions, eDM, SEO, social media platforms to engage, retain and recruit consumers in Asia
  • Coordinate the implementation of new CRM campaign management tools and CRM data analysis
  • Support in event management including both internal and external events
  • Work closely with overseas regional offices, internal teams and third parties for project implementation  
  • Monitor competitors' offline, online and social media activities
  • Maintain program evaluation reports
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Report to Marketing Manager – Corporate Travel

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing or advertising with solid CRM and digital marketing experience
  • Good project management skills with attention to details
  • Good attitude and team player
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in corporate travel industry is an advantage
