Responsibilities:

  • Assist Assistant Brand Manager in development of brand strategy and activation
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities
  • Prepare marketing & sales data and evaluate the results of marketing campaigns
  • Prepare monthly A&M expenses summary
  • Issue purchase orders for the marketing related activities on a timely basis
  • Coordinate with PR agencies / media partners to have a smooth execution of marketing campaign
  • Liaise externally with design and production houses on promotion materials
  • Work closely with Regional/Global team to align brand strategy
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmes are delivered on time
  • Determine correct product facings to ensure planogram holding capacity to ensure customer satisfaction and sales are optimized
  • Participate in ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably from MNC and FMCG background
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Sound organizational and time management skills with good tasks priorities
  • A high level of professionalism and commitment
  • Proactive and attentive to details
  • Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese
