  • Provide professional support and demonstrate service/ product knowledge
  • Identify new business opportunities and reach sales targets
  • Act as marketing team leader: New product development with R&D department, Cost calculation, Prepare quotation for new products, Project management, Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow
  • Monitor and manage progress of projects from project design to mass production including planning, control of schedule, development costs, BOM cost.
  • Responsible for major program deliverables – cost, quality and delivery – in both New Product Introduction (NPI) stage and mass production stage by leading a team of dedicated staff from various functional departments, eg. engineering, supply chain, quality, etc
  • Knowledge in supply chain management with good commercial sense and engineering background is preferable


  • Form 5 or above
  • 7 years+ experience in managing customer business in OEM industry
  • Energetic, Aggressive, Initiative and willing to travel to shenzhen area frequently
  • Self-motivated, goal achiever, innovative, aggressive, detail minded, problem solving
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Traveling to overseas is required
