Job purpose:

Develop and implement competitivestrategies so as to maintain steady yearly growth of sales and lead the company to becomea leader of Infants/Education toys and Home/Travel products manufacturing in the Industry, and ensure order fulfillment withManufacturing and other relevant departments to be smooth and to the customers’ requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and implement annual budget and business plans to meet or even exceed the financial and non-financial KPIs as approved by management
  2. Support theBoard ofDirectors in formulating business policies and plans.
  3. Set goalsand develop strategiesfor business development of toys and bags, and adult wears through ODM product development, new customer and market development.
  4. Monitorthe business performance and take remedial actions when necessary
  5. Organize regularreview meetings with themarketing and sales, product development, merchandising, and engineering teams and build an environmentfor higher productivity
  6. Coordinate with Manufacturing and other departments to ensure customer orders to be completed on time and up to requirements
  7. Attendtrade shows and participate in seminars to explore new technology and new product ideas, and introduce them to the product development teams
  8. Recruit, develop and motivate employees so as to maintain aneffective talent pool
  9. Ensure and maintainhigh customer satisfaction, and participate in resolving problems or complaints from customers, if any

 

Requirements:

  1. Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder inMarketing, Business Management, or a related discipline
  2. At least 15 years’ relevant experience in the marketing of toys and bags
  3. Strong leadership, self-motivated, high level of integrity, good team player, sophisticated interpersonal skills with all levels
  4. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua
  5. Good communication and presentation skills
